Position Overview:
Connex is seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to expand our market presence and drive partner-led revenue growth within the contact center and CCaaS ecosystem.
This role will focus on developing Go-To-Market partnerships, building a strong pipeline through strategic channel relationships, and closing enterprise deals across Managed Services, QA Automation, and Professional Services.
The ideal candidate brings experience selling into large contact center environments (600–900+ agents) and has a proven ability to generate $3-4M+ in annual revenue through strategic sales and partnerships. This role requires 60–80% travel to meet with partners and clients, build networks, and support deal execution.

Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy & Market Expansion:
- Develop and execute channel and sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve $3-4 M annual revenue targets.
- Build Go-To-Market partnerships with system integrators, technology partners, and consulting firms within the contact center / CCaaS ecosystem.
- Identify new market opportunities across telecommunications, banking, insurance, credit unions, and government sectors.
- Partner Pipeline & Lead Generation:
- Generate and qualify leads through partner relationships, networking, industry events, and targeted market research.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partner-led opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners on joint account planning and opportunity development.
- Relationship & Account Development:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and executives within enterprise contact center environments.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and aligning Connex solutions to their business needs.
- Foster strategic partnerships that drive sustained revenue growth and customer success.
- Solution-Based Selling:
- Lead consultative sales engagements across Connex’s portfolio:
- Managed Services
- QA Automation
- Professional Services
- Deliver presentations, solution demonstrations, and value-based proposals to prospective clients.
- Own the full sales cycle, including negotiations and contract execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and strong client outcomes.
- Support partner enablement and joint GTM initiatives to strengthen the Connex ecosystem.
- Performance & Revenue Management:
- Track pipeline performance, forecast revenue, and monitor sales metrics.
- Adjust strategy as needed to ensure consistent attainment of revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of B2B sales, channel sales, or business development experience within the contact center or CCaaS industry.
- Industry Expertise:
- Experience selling into telecommunications, banking, insurance, credit unions, or government sectors.
- Familiarity with large-scale contact center operations (600–900 agent environments).
- Revenue Performance:
- Proven track record of generating $3-4M+ in annual sales revenue.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead solution-based enterprise sales conversations with executive stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong pipeline management and deal-closing ability.
- Travel:
- Willingness to travel 60- 80% for partner meetings, client engagements, and industry events.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
